So X-Men #1 features Jubilee who apparently is no longer a vampire? When/how did this happen?

Techinically she's still a vampire, Marvel is just ignoring it with the hopes that people forget about it eventually. Much like they did with they did with Marvel characters time in the Ultraverse and Spider-mans other powers. ...unless of coarse I'm totally wrong and they address it in the next few issues.
