DC Spinmaster Penguin

Hey everyone, just wondering if anyone has gotten the new DC Batman 2022 4" Penguin figure by Spinmaster. Wondering how he scales with the old 3.75 Marvel Universe line for a custom Kingpin. Thanks for your help.

We're probably way past the need for this, but I have that penguin and... it's fine for that, sort of? It is about the size of a mu figure and works fine for a live action Kingpin figure, but I'd say its a bit too... small for a comic kingpin.
