need help identifying space cowboy figure

HI , late 80s , same height as Super powers collection , sci fi cow boy with removable black cowboy hat , long blond hair , red and white uniform , attachable " pack " on back that had batteries and it lit up. please help

nothing on the chest , there may of been some kind of star shaped symbol on the belt buckle . its been many years since I lost it , I can't find a picture of it anywhere , it had joints at the elbows and knees.
