My desire to complete the X-men characters from my fave cartoon series led me to do this project. Also, Hasbro has yet to release 1. I also tried looking for custom toys of it but I was never satisfied with what I found. Since she was my first custom toy, I looked for a base figure who is very similar physically to lessen my work. Then one day while shopping at a toy store, I found this very lovely girl and instantly imagined she would make a perfect jubilee. I removed Marvel Girl's skirt but left the belt, and used the skirt to form Jubilee's shorts. I also used what's left of the skirt to redesign the earrings and make the chest insignia. I repainted it to make it look like Jubilee from the cartoon series. I used a pink plastic folder for her shades, then took an old white handkerchief, hand-sewed it then painted to form her coat.
Thank you yamivash 0, Punstarr & Dr. Nightmare for your comments. This is my very first custom and I made it to 3rd place! I'm soooo proud of my jubilee! To Punstarr, sorry for the shades. I don't why, but it actually looks better in person. Thanks for all your votes! PS Can't find apoxie sculpt here in the Philippines. Can anyone help me if there is a substitute for it? Hope its available here in the Philippines.
Oooh nice! I dig all Jubes customs and this one is pretty darn good. I love the coat especially. The only thing I'm not feeling are the shades. Well done all around.
