That's what I use now. 0.3 tech pen for the eyes and other details. But I really hated painting the eyes. This is a pretty old custom so what I used then was a very fine brush.
Seems he had too much caffine.... hehehe.

Nice puck.....I always use a black fine pen to go over the eyes...
Maybe you can try this out and see if it works for you?
