When I brainstorming about Kingpin custom, I want figure to be big but not as big as MU Hulk. There is not lot that fit that range. However, Avengers arrived and it release a hulk figure that is shorter then MU version. So I used it as the based.

I sculpt over the figure and cut off the hands. I modify the hands and arms so the hands can swivel. I shaved the hair off and sculpt over it to give it fatter cheek.
