I like my mid tier Marvel bruisers. Those guys function as great "minibosses" for the heroes to overcome to get to the Big Bad. I especially like ones with crazy powers/gimmicks! One of the craziest has to be the one with these guys. Truthfully, these guys might be considered upper mid tier, as they mixed it up with The Hulk and many other Marvel heavy hitters.

HAMMER AND ANVIL are such a cool and weird duo, and I think they would be awesome in a dark comedy mini series. Here you have two diametrically opposed tough guys forced to be bonded to each other. ...and on another note,
Why do I think of "Ebony and Ivory" by Paul McCartney and Stevie Wonder as the perfect theme song for these guys? :D

These guys started off as two Marvel Legends Sentry figures with sculpted on emblems and hands from various figures of that same body type. Hammer's head is ML Radioactive Man's and Anvil's is ML Nuke's.
