Superior Venom being my favorite character in comics even though it was extremely short lived.
The custom was very simple. Magneto base body. Nail polish to remove all the red paint. Added Electro head from the Amazing Spider-man 2 movie, Sculpted over it. Head itself fits snug as a bug in a rug. Added a lick of black paint with some white and sliver. Glossed him. With the lower body down I used a blue mat wash so there is differences in the color and shading.
