Tried to use all the waste I had laying around from other projects- The base is a half circle of mdf, the main body of the sewer is obviously a piece of pvc pipe, then I made some cuts to make the scene more dynamic, covered the couplings with some insulation foamboard and sculpted it. Added the bricks inside the sewer with foam and some wood sticks for the inner pipes.
There is a guy trapped by the brood (surely infected with spores)Sculpted the face and hands with epoxy clay, made a rough shape of his body just to work as the base for the hot glue to sit on. Finally, I placed some stamen strings hanging from place to place and covered with enough hot glue to make that slimy effect. Oh, in order to break the monotony of the exterior part of the pvc pipe, I put some sand to give it texture.
