Here it is, I've been working on this for SO long and I'm really proud of the finished product! I used a Frankenstein's Monster base with the furry jacket turned inside out and sculpted a collar/pocket. I then added some Sandman forearms to gain dettacable hands. I cut off the sand weapons on the arm fixtures and sculpted the bio-cannons, one with a spring loaded gun for novelty value.
The hardest part was the head suprisingly. I was determined to use Punisher's head from the Urban Legends as I thought it was perfect, but when I popped it off, it had the ball joint on the body end instead of the normal head end - WHY TOYBIZ, JUST TO BE AWKWARD!?! I ended up drilling into the figure's neck joint and glueing an upside down nail into the hole to give the forward-backward action. Then I cut off the awkward ball from the head joint and drilled into the neck stem to make a tube to fit over the nail snugly (I hope that's clear). So the head lost no articulation, but took a lot of work. Sculpted the bandana and glasses from green stuff putty.
Finally, painted necessary additions grey to match the body and was really happy with how the tattoos turned out, although, you can't see them great on the photos!
