This is a character that I've wanted to do justice for a long time. I made a figure of Marston a while ago using marvel legends. Over the years that figure didn't hold up and was eventually scrapped for fodder. I posted it on my account if you are interested in seeing my progression. I tried to make him look as much like John from the game as possible. The bulk of the figure consists of McFarlane Daryl Dixon and parts from jonah hex. Hands boots, belts, guns, etc. legs are from a lord of the rings figure. Added real cloth for the pants and his sleeves and then gave them a bit of dry brush, really gives him a sense of depth that I like. After that, he required a bit of fodder for the details he has all over him. Bandolier, straps, satchel, hat, lasso, knife, and pouches. I'm very happy with the way he came out. Playing red dead redemption 2 inspired me to have another go at making him. It also inspired me to an Arthur Morgan figure but that's for another day ;) thanks for looking, hope you like him.
