This one started in a steakhouse. We took kids menus for my daughters and they were given a cartoon bird character as a free gift.
Months later, I grabbed a pair of Bilbo the Hobbit figs.
I took a Bilbo and turned it into Howard the Duck, grandmaster of Quack-Fu !
For the look, I went for a mix between the original (with a DonaldDuckish head) and the modern look (costume colors, pants, five fingers per hand).
Head comes from the bird fig, heavily resculpted (I kept the eyes with a very singular expression).
Feet also resculpted from the bird toy.
Fedora and hands from Indiana Jones.
For the shooting, the cigar was borrowed from my Ben Grimm custom.
