Been a while since I've working on a Project Superpowers character. I've been wanting to, but never really had the time to fit any in randomly. Thankfully, some have been requested. So, I'll be slowly getting to them as I go. Only details I know of him is that he was imprisoned by the government and used to create super soldiers.

Sanded down the A and wings from the head. Cape was from Vision with the collar cut off. Belt was also sanded down a decent bit. From there, a full repaint, and done!
