This is my version of Cobra Commander's son, Billy Arboc Kessler! Unwilling to follow in his father's footstep's Billy rebelled against Cobra and eventually ended up getting shot point blank by dear old dad (though he tried to kill his dad a few times too). Billy was actually trained in the arts of the Arashikage as well has having a formidable military training. If you are interested in owning this custom figure, he is available now on eBay!
