Kintaro!
Well this was a lot of dremil sanding. He's a Ben 10 Four Arms but the newer one with tiny legs and very cartoony arms.
The arms were heavily reduced in size and the top hands lost a finger. The legs are from a Spiderman Rhino figure, yep the original one. I hollowed out the top of them and fit the Four Arms thighs in. They look much better on Kintaro than they did on Rhino. I shrunk some red plastic to make the tunic and cover the leg join.
The head... well it's a 6inch Titan Hulk. I've only ever seen 6 inch titan figures at one supermarket chain in Australia... I removed the hair and rounded off the skull.
shoulder armor is from a Cremator figure.
