I'm pretty sure this one is some deep Marvel obscurity. I was given a very specific design to go by, and it was a bit tricky to find the right images. She got redesigned quick. But thankfully, I found enough to go by to get her right. She's an old Thor villain. The leading female member of the Colonizers of Rigel. And that's the extent of what I know.

Added sculpt to the upper legs, then fully resculpted the upper torso. Sculpted up the skirt section as well, and the bracelet, then moved to the head. I used a BossFight blank head since it's a bit larger, then still oversized it quite a bit. Used black wire for the extensions. Full repaint, and finally finished!
