One of the most iconic of Dick Tracy’s Rogue’s Gallery was Flattop, with his strange baby face and literal flat top head. This was a fun custom to work on, although this is the second iteration of his head. Figure was completed in 2009, with the Tommy gun provided by Marauder Inc custom weaponry.
