Well here is the 3rd figure, the leader of the T-Bolts, Citizen V! He was made from ML Vision body and Moon Knight head and cape. Shoulder pads from the knee pad of ML Thor I believe...

That is awesome! I was just reading some Cable & Deadpool yesterday and saw Deadpool fighting this guy and thought "What a great custom this guy would make"! Get outta my head, Charles!
