SuperFriends Aquaman was the first action figure I remember getting. I loved him! I was young and remember chewing on his hands and fins... but in a totally loving way.
Well my Total Justice style figures need a Legion of Doom and I was not going to have a Legion without Black Manta, that dude is cool. His design is so fascinating - partly because it's so ugly and shouldn't work - but it does! It's like he's straight out of a german expressionist film.
Saying that - I don't think I captured that look with my figure - the helmet isnt him. But in the context of 90's when the Total Justice figures came out I think he fits right in.

Batman Begins figure with Spiderguy helmet. and some bats that look like mantas to ride and use as backpacks.
All in all I'm satisfied with how he turned out and he looks great with the LoDoom.
