The base body is a DC Universe Classics Hawk with Catman arms. The cape is from DC Superheroes Superman, with a vinyl collar and some additional sculpting. The head is from Marvel Legends Taskmaster with a sculpted helmet. The belt is a strip of thin plastic.

Wow! U didn't even go the easy route w/a mostly yellow base figure! I guess white is the next best choice, eh? Great work! I luv that this guy needs a mask over his skull! Was he a Supes villain? That's what I seem 2 remember.
