The base figure is a combination of Mezco Spock, Green arrow upper torso and arms; also Flash's lower legs (re-shaped with dremel). I used Neca's Adam West Bats for the head, gloves, boots and belt with a bit of a repaint. The suit and cape I made myself with a Bat symbol hand cut from heat transfer vinyl.
