This started as a 10" Wild C.A.T.S. MAUL figure.
It took some pretty extensive modifying to get his proportions a bit more human. His torso was lengthend, hands and feet trimmed down, thighs trimmed down and re sculpted with more muscle definition, then bigger jaw and cowl were added.
All joints were glued and filled.
sculpting was done with Apoxy.
Homemade cloth cape.
Batarang was made from layered sheets of styrene.
The Rooftop base was made from wood and trim then textured with spackling paste.
