Another set of figures I've been meaning to get around to: a Haradrim big game hunter and his Tracker. Greatly inspired by the dwarf hunter Torvin from the Shadow of Morder game, I wanted to make a character of similar orientation. The cool thing about the LoTR universe is that there are so many different areas to explore, which is what I wanted to do here. The Haradrim are usually seen as an 'evil' race of men, but I was looking to make more of a neutral character-someone who more or less was just a wandering big game hunter type who had more goodwell with the rest of the world, which kind of showed in his look. Base figures were a LoTR Haradrim figure and a Lego dragon. Not too much was done. The Haradrim recieved a new paintjob and weathering. In addition, he gained a quiver and sheath on his back for his weapons (keeping the Rohan logo to show more of that goodwill with other men) The dragon figure was about the same, he was repainted and weathered to make him look a bit more realistic. Not too much, but enough that I'm satisfied with him. Figures feature: Haradrim: -6 inch height -26 points of movement -Custom paint job -Sword weapon, bow, 5 arrows, 2 hunting knives, large shuriken weapon and a quiver w/sheaths for the arrows and hunting knives Tracker: -7 points of movement -Custom pain job -Opening and closing jaw -Fake fur for 'realism' ![]() |
