Seeing as Billy was Frank’s best friend and the true villain of season 1, I knew I needed a figure of him! And since Billy loves his fancy suits I swapped the Ross head with Namor, and rounded off his ears! Painted his tie blue and added Peter Quill’s scarf, also painted blue! I also switched the hands to black ones and armed him up! One of my new favorites!!! His mask is modeling clay custom to fit his face perfectly! Really makes the whole thing!
