Based on Kenner’s unreleased prototype which used the Super Powers Mr. Freeze head but I decided to go for a more Connery likeness using the head from the Atol Enforcer from Waterworld on the Sheriff of Nottingham’s body. Tunic and chainmail hood were fashioned out of fabric and coat of arms was a scaled image made into an iron-on transfer.

Spectacular! I didn't care for the toy line, but THIS would have been the Crown Jewel (forgive the pun) of the line!!

Thank you. The image was in one of the Kenner toy catalogs. I remember seeing them and I always wanted to get the new figures, especially King Richard, but the line was cancelled before they came out.

Dude, you're my freaking hero for making this. The Robin Hood Prince of Thieves figure were one of my favorite toys lines from the 90s. I had no idea they even had unreleased prototypes. Where did you find that image of the other unreleased figures?
