I finally picked up the Mcfarlane figure at a reasonable price, the one with the set (so without the sword nor the unicorn horn ...).

Here are the few changes I made:

- I fixed the spear to the ground and glued the thongs to the handle
- I stuck flames (The Crow - Hall of Fame figurine) on the floor, which I varnished
- I cut the character's horns to point them up
- I exchanged the left hand, closed and empty, against a predator open hand (Neca) that I repainted
- I carved and painted the unicorn horn I placed in the right hand
- I recovered an arrow from the set and planted it in the character’s neck
- I varnished the skin and the horns

It's not a great movie, but what a creature!
