This is a Superboy villain for a fan fiction that I have been working on. This character is Ice Ghost, a crook wearing a battlesuit that grants him the power to generate extreme cold and ice constructs, as well as render him invisible and intangible (basically a cross between the two Iron Man villains Blizzard and Ghost).

To do this figure, I first took a Marvel Legends 2018 Taskmaster and removed the cape, leg belt, leg holster, belt, cape, and head. Next, I commenced a full repaint of the figure's body with two generous coats of Testors Model Masters Emperor Blue. Once the paint had dried, I gave the body two generous coats of Flat Clear. While the Flat Clear dried, I took the ice shaped poncho from a DC Universe Classics Captain Cold and commenced a full two coat repaint in flat white, followed by two coats of flat clear. With the flat white and flat clear now dry, I slipped the poncho over the neck, reattached the Taskmaster head, and TA-DA...Ice Ghost, enemy of Superboy!!!
