Cypher was a member of the new mutants and could decipher any language, code, data and sadly died in combat. He has Been re generated on several occasions and was a member of X- factor for a while. Base figure is Toybiz Bullseye, Head is Tom Holland (spider-man). Hair was sculpted and I used citadel paints. Belt is made from milk container and painted. Really enjoyed putting him together.
