This diorama took a while. I had to cut out pieces of the Beserker predator and sculpt pieces onto this predator for him to look uniform.
*Artiuclation. His head turns, his arms move at the shoulders, and bend at the elbows but the RIGHT hand does not twist. The legs also do not bend
HOWEVER, the figure is removable from the base. He is attached by two metal rods to the diorama
I spent hours customizing and painting him as well as the alien head. I then cut the shape of the high density foam to form the base layout, applied stone powder clay, set the plaster cast rocks in formation, airbrushed layers of dirt, grass, and water to give the diorama depth, and then gave it two layers of woodlandscenics water
The base isnt easily seen in this, but the balsa wood is painted a deep maroon-brownish color, and the next layer up (high denisty foam) is painted black, to highlight and contrast the base of the diorama.
The bonsai tree was difficult but made from scratch and very beautiful. Ill do somethings different in the future, should I make another.
