This is my first custom made action figure. The base figure is Justice League Blue Devil action figure.

I made a lot of change on the face. I first cut off some part of the blue devil's ear, ear ring, and facial hair to make it look more like Hellboy. I also cut off some part of the blue devil's tail before I put the red paint on top of the figure. After painting, I just made some facial hair with super sculpey and put on its face. Then, I painted his pant black. Finally, I made the right hand of the doom with the claytoon.

I think it looks good with facial hair but I also think it looks cool without facial hair. I cannot really decide which one is better. Therefore,I will post the photo of my custom Hellboy figure with and without facial hair and you can be the judge.

It took me about 4 hours to complete. It was a lot of fun.
