For those who are unfamiliar with the character, Director Bones runs DC's DEO (Department of Extranormal Operations), a government organization that monitors superhuman activities in order to protect civilians from threat. Though benevolent in design, the DEO is rarely depicted as anything less than malevolent in nature (as Big Brother organizations typically are).

At the seat of this agency is Director Bones, formerly Mister Bones of Infinity Inc fame. During his youth, Director Bones accidentally killed Skyman (Star-Spangled Kid) using his cyanide touch.

Director Bones has three super-powers/conditions:
1) His flesh, skin and organs are all transparent, giving him the appearance of a skeleton;

2) His skin exudes a cyanide-based compound, making his touch lethal; thus he wears black gloves to cover his hands; and

3) He also possessed super-strength.

Recipe:

Torso/arms/legs: DCSH Clark Kent
Head/neck: Movie Ghost Rider

For this action figure, first I removed Clark Kent's head and then a sanded away his neck so that all I had left was Clark's suit. I then removed Ghost Rider's head and neck. I later removed the flame from the top of Ghost Rider's head and sanded down the head so that it looked even. Then I superglued the head/neck in place.

Painting wise: I painted the figure black then the suit dark blue, with the tie enchanted blue. The shoes and hands I painted pure black. I then dry-brushed the head and neck with several coats of white and the suit with a few coats of light blue.
