Queen Mera of Xebel has a twin sister, Hila, also known as the assassin, Siren. Honestly, even as much as I love DC, I had never heard of this character until she got included in the phone app game, DC Legends. But, when a DCEU figure of Mera was released for the Multiverse Justice League wave, I thought this would be a simple custom to expand my collection. All paints used were Testors. I painted her hair in Napoleonic Purple. Her costume was a double coat of Insignia Red with Brass dry brushed over it and Gold for the armor lining. The axe weapon came from a Rise of the Silver Surfer Doctor Doom painted to match her hydrokenesis powers.
