Hi guys, for this MK1 Sonya I used an older Black Widow figure as a base.

I first began sanding the body to remove the majority of the bumps and grooves of the original's figure catsuit and then smoothed it to the best of my ability. I then began painting the figure a skin tone colour to best match the figure's original skin tone. From there I had sculpted Sonya's socks, end of her trousers, her belt, her arm bands and the end of her top from milliput clay. Once the clay dried,, I painted the top and legs green and the crotch,belt and arm bands black.

For the head I left the original figure's face but I painted a stripe at the forehead to create the illusion of a head band. I then painted a few coats of yellow paint over the figure's red hair to give the figure blonde hair.From there I sculpted the back of the headband (which I had to superglue on). I also painted some parts of the figure's hair black to create the idea of the headband going completely around the figure's hair.
