Proteus looks different each time the bring him out. Recently he came back and I knew this deadpool figure would work great. Model Masters sublime green spray with a bit off Testors yellow for the glowy bits.

Neat, try adding a little white or paler yellow inside the yellow parts to make them look like they're glowing.
