First off, my thanks to Rabid_Ewok for the idea for using googly eyes for studs, they work perfectly. My version of Charlie-27 started with Juggernaut, a little too big for the character, I know, but I liked the look. I had a spare head from the original Toybiz Juggs but it seemed too small for the new Juggernaut body. I had a PITT head and it was still a little smaller but I hoped with sculpting would get it to the right size. Eyes, the teeth, and the ears are the only un-sculpted part left from PITT.
