This was a very simple custom. Like many others, I thought that the normal Cyborg figure had something very off about his torso and shoulder ball joints. The armored version (Wal-mart exclusive) had much better proportions in that area. So, I swapped the head and arms (popped at the bicep joint) and then just painted the dark gray areas with a layer of gun metal followed by a dry brushing of silver over that. The final effect is much more appealing.
