The Dol Guldur And Gundabad orca have such a unique and interesting design that I really wanted to have a go at. Like Staley did for his I of course used the Beserker Uruk-hai as those figures are a perfect base, used the same for my Bolg and it just works so well. I sculpted Everything you see out of miliput with plastic filling except the kilt which is parts of the beserker Uruk and the heads of the dwarves (which are a coronation Gimli bald and hobbit Gandalf which I resculpted both for) and the two Aragorn arrows I used for poles. The shield and Sword are both make on plastic sheets except I places the sword blade into the beserker weapon handle so he could hold it. This took quite a while as a lot of the work was building later by layer and I intend to take some better pics when I have a chance I’m just super busy at the moment . I chose the model weta had available for sale on their site as my basis as wanted to do something that hadn’t been done before and I loved the helmet look. Hope you all like.
