Jason Jason Jason....kill kill kill...

I grew up in the 80's when horror movies were rated R and full of gore. I'm a fan of the Friday the 13th franchise. Even if with each new movie it became less about horror and more about finding new creative ways to murder hedonistic co-eds. Who doesn't love that? Remember when Jason took the sleeping bag and bashed it against a tree? Hilarious! Hell, even Jason X had it's moments though I'm still awaiting the prequel where Reed Richards launches Jason into space (that's a Planet Hulk reference--Bob). So yeah, I'm a fan of the movies and the day.

But does anyone remember Saturday the 14th?

I even remember the NES game that was awful and maybe, just maybe, a bit ahead of it's time.

You and Your Friends are Dead. Jason wiped out the kids. Man, it's crazy to think a game like that existed for kids. Don't get me wrong, blacklight Jason was in no way or shape scary. Throw in Big Foot zombies, rabid wolves, and floating Momdusa heads and that game gets strange. Sure, I'll just kill Jason by throwing rocks at him. Worked for David.

But I stopped playing video games years ago while I await the day my kids are old enough to thoroughly trounce me--and I'm sure that day isn't far off. So I didn't know much about the 2017 Friday the 13th game. I didn't even know it existed until I was contacted about a commission. But damn if the graphics don't look sweet. But I was tasked with making a custom of one of the counselors who has the best, um, most, um, ample "qualities".

So this is Camp Counselor Tiffany Cox who seems to be based on the twins from Friday the 13th The Final Chapter, which of course wasn't the final chapter. Big shirts, short shorts, all 80's. I'm not sure just how many people are familiar with the game so I included screenshots of her. So to make her I started with a DC Multiverse Cassie Wondergirl since her top and exposed midriff gave me a nice starting point. I even used Cassie's head since the eye shape and size seemed like a nice match. I then swapped out the back of her a hair with the back hair piece from an ML Spider-Gwen figure and resculpted her bangs to appear fuller. I then resculpted her top and added uneven sleeves while sanding away her bracelets. Next I swapped out the legs with a set from a DCUC Star Sapphire Wonder Woman because the Cassie legs just look weirdly big to me (that Cassie figure is kind of disappointing in execution--kind of Mattel's calling card, I guess). The shorts are also sculpted, while I swapped out her feet with a pair of sneakers from a WWE Nikki Bella figure to complete the figure.

And paint to complete the look. Now Tiffany is ready for a late night frolic and a horribly hilarious death. Or maybe she's the final girl?

But is he really dead? We're not telling!!
