Here is the last key member of Team 7, Col. Marc Slayton .. better known as Backlash. This one was quite the kitbash. The lower body is Netflix punisher, although I removed some height from the lower legs. Upper body is from DC Multiverse Rick Flag, but I cut off the lower arms after the cuff and grafted on Marvel Legend lower arms and hands.
