I used an Enchantress as a base. I stripped the paint from the legs, repainted the hair and face. The unitard is about 120 individually glued laser-cut paper leaves I found online. Used a few more for the arm bands.

Nail Polish remover. Just be careful to use as little as possible. I would search for a tutorial as well.
