This is a 12” Princess Jasmine I have just finished working on.

For this one I was asked to make her look more cartoon accurate, so to do this I started by restyling her hair.

I boil washed her hair first to give me a nice smooth surface to work with. Next I stitched her head band to her head & made some padded hair accessories from black fabric to help give me the main shape of her hairstyle. I then styled the hair around the accessories.

After the hair was done I repainted some of the details on her face to help her look a little more like the cartoon character.

I then did some alterations to her outfit to make it fit her a little better & padded her pants to help give them a fuller look.

Finally I gave her a necklace & shoes which came from another Princess Jasmine doll.
