A simple repaint for Cosmo (Kramer?). I had a Wonder Man head and a Vance Astro so took off Vance's head and replace. I used a Testors gun metal airbrush paint for the base layer and then dry brushed black over the top. Then just dabbed white with a toothpick to get the star effect. Neosaurus is next.
