Although this is a very Simple recipe - it gives a great look to the MJ figure. This mix & match saved me painting those tricky spider web lines on the shirt. I took Spider-Girl from the Marvel Legends Series Web-Slinging Heroines and sawed off the lower half at the waistline. Did the same for Mary Jane from the Spider-Man & Mary Jane 2-Pack. I applied a little blue paint around the shirts arm holes since the Spider-girl figure had a silver color and that didn't look right for this version. Did some sanding to the pieces to make sure they fit flush and then glued and, voilà, MJ in a stylish T-shirt.  Please wait... |

The "cut in half" technique I first did with a Bane figure you can look at in my submission list. I hated the limited articulation of the legs in the original figure and it had meager pose-ability.
