My version of Storm in her punk look. Heavily inspired by Textureme's. I added in a gold choker since that's her signature color. Made a lightning effect out of movie Electro's hand to plug into Storm's open hand that came from Kitty Pryde. Used an altered balloon for a shirt,gave her some paint.
