A recent request came in for a couple old New Warriors members. The first of those was Justice. Counting both Justice and Major Victory, I've done quite a few Vance Astro designs over the last few years. Still one or two more I personally want to try.

Cape is from Grim Reaper, with a head from the 25th Anniversary Destro. Sculpted up the mask and hair, cut down the collar a little bit, a full repaint, and all done! Not too bad since I've already made it a couple times.
