This is my latest custom which I completed just in time for Star Wars Day.

It is a 12” vintage (1970’s) Princess Leia doll wearing her Endor combat poncho.

To make her I used the actual vintage 12 Princess Leia doll as a base.


I cut off her old hair & rerooted some new nylon doll hair which I then styled in the same fashion Lea wore it in the movie.

Her Poncho was made from light weight T-Shirt fabric which I painted with fabric paints.

Her Helmet, gun, belt, trousers & boots were all taken from the Princess Leia Forces of Destiny doll.

Her boots had those horrible slits up the back which a lot of modern dolls seem to have now, so I filled them in using fixit sculpt & repainted her boots with black acrylic paint.
