I started with the hood and cape from cloak! All parts painted black, removed the lower legs on body of Bullseye! Red Skull Head! Found an old metal stand drilled hole to keep him a float! Looks incredible...

Stonekeeper! Whew, I'm really glad I didn't hold off on seeing the movie. This was the detail that excited me the most. That aside, this is a nice rendition of him! I'm considering trying something similar, but haven't settled on it yet. Looks great!
