I was a nerdy comic kid in the 90's living in New Orleans so this guy was my hero and favorite character and still is to this day. He was the first action figure I ever bought and I just don't think to this day hes had a solid Marvel Legends interpretation. . Im shocked he still hasn't been made or even announced. I had a ML Scarlet Witch (the new one) cape I was trying to figure out a creative way to use. I have an endless supply of blank bodies so I was like lets give the ol' cajun a try I havent made one in years. I cut the cape in the back and cut off the neck part, and then wrapped the long parts under his arms and anchored up onto his torso. The tension from the rubbery cabe worked beautifully for giving off a flowy look I loved and allowing for full range of motion. Then I just had to fill in the gap with some apoxie on the back and I hid the seam with the belt. The flowy parts are a cut up Phoenix sash. Sculpted the collar and knee pads. I got a tad lazy and painted on the lines vs sculpting them. Sue me. No idea where the head is from. Its been on at least 4 failed customs so its been resculpted repainted and sanded to all hell.
