So here's a commission I completed over a weekend. Started with the OTC Bespin Lando, and a BS General Lando. I used the head from the General Lando and carved the peg to fit. I had a ROTS Obi Wan extra body, so I just spliced in his elbow joints using super glue and baking soda, carved down the seams, then miraculously exactly matched the paint color. Swivel joints were also opened and shaved down to avoid paint loss. I found that the OTC lando actually has a removable collar & neck piece, with a peg underneath. The cape is glued in there. Just pried it off with a dentist tool. Cut down General Landos cape to fit, removed the bulky shoulders, and glued it to the neck piece. I used gold fabric paint for the inside of his cape.
