This is a Red Hood from the Doug Mahnke artwork in the Judd Winick run. Hood was very basic in that run with very little in the way of accessories and his helmet was very basic. I used Marvel Legebds eel for the base body and head. Custom puttied the head and chest (future versions will be a bit different). The jacket comes from starlord and the arms from MK Punisher.
